We currently accept the following payment methods for landscaping and lawn care services:

All online transactions are processed using secure technologies to protect your privacy. Payment is typically collected upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.
Refund & Service Quality Policy
Customer satisfaction is at the heart of our operations. Refunds are considered in cases where our service did not meet expectations or failed to fulfill the agreed scope.
Refunds or service credits may apply in the following situations:
- A service was incomplete or did not meet FreshGrowLand’s quality standards.
- A product or installation failed under our standard service warranty terms.
- You were mistakenly billed or overcharged for a service.
Requests must be made within 7 days of service completion. All refund cases are reviewed within 3 business days and, if approved, are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method—whether PayPal, Venmo, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, or card.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
We reserve the right to deny refund requests under these conditions:
- Services were fully completed and approved at the time of delivery.
- The concern raised is unrelated to services provided by FreshGrowLand.
- The customer changed their mind after successful service execution.
